v1.11.0 records a bounded discovery effort for strategic goal-setting under a charter, the first step toward helping an organization set its goals as well as deliver them. v1.10.0 folded the Work Board's first two weeks of pilot evidence into the template. v1.9.0 brought opt-in experimental templates onto the stable line, placed by adoption scope and led by the Work Board. v1.8.0 stated the standard's reach: the rules name no kind of system, and projects adopt it in scopes, starting with one project. v1.7.0 made the Check-in Desk repeatable with a data file, a schema, and a renderer.
